DELIVERY POLICY

When ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Wemakestyle containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via sendle within 3-5 working days; however if goods are unavailable we will notify you if there are any delays. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at [email protected] We ship Australia-wide via Sendle courier services with tracking included. Please leave clear delivery instructions if you aren’t home to receive your parcel, as it will have to be redelivered. FREE SHIPPING for orders over $99. We are not responsible for lost/missing parcels.

 

REFUND POLICY

Wemakestyle is committed to customer satisfaction, so if you receive one of our products and it is faulty, we will gladly refund your purchase if you simply return it to us within 7 days in the condition it came in. This means that the item is unworn and in original packaging with tags still attached. If faulty items, we must be provided with images for proof. Refund is not eligible with “change of mind” purchases and sale items. Please also refer to detail images of product, not the photoshoot images as colour could differ due to photoshop purposes.

All garments and accessories are checked by our staff prior to delivery.

We also strongly advise that customers thoroughly check all garments upon receipt of the goods before removing any tags and before disposing any original packaging.

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.

You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit ; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.

Wemakestyle will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you chose not to insure.

This policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note, exchange is only available at buyers cost. We will happily exchange sizes and/or colour. If the same product is unavailable for exchange, we will offer a credit in exchange for another product available on our website. The conditions are that your items must be exchanged within the 7 days from the purchase date. Please also refer to detail images of product, not the photoshoot images as colour could differ due to photoshop purposes.

We will only accept items for exchange if they are returned as new, which means unworn and in their original packaging with tags still attached. Sale items do not apply.

Under no circumstances will we accept items without their tags.
